Our security standard

WrenFoundry controls access to production systems, limits personnel access to work duties, protects data in transit, separates customer access, records security-relevant activity, maintains backups, and responds to vulnerabilities and incidents. Each product applies controls appropriate to its architecture and data. The applicable agreement states any customer-specific security or service-level commitment.

Report a vulnerability

Email security@wrenfoundry.com with the affected site or product, impact, and steps to reproduce the issue safely. Use accounts and data you control. Stop testing if you encounter another person’s information. Do not disrupt service, use social engineering, or test third-party systems. Do not send credentials or customer documents in the first report; we will arrange a secure channel for sensitive evidence.
